Job Summary :


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Understand customer concerns quickly and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve support processes.
  • Work within defined SLAs and ensure consistent performance.
  • Identify and share insights from customer interactions to improve products and services.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in customer support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in email, chat, and voice-based support.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and offer constructive resolutions.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Notice: 0 to 15 days of notice period
  • Location: Neelankarai ECR, Chennai. Work from office only
