Job Role : Digital-Product Manager Job Location : Chennai Job Mode: Work from Office Digital -Product Manager will be responsible for the development of platform plans, strategies, and tactics while executing and delivering products, features and experiences to customers and internal users. The role will need to work closely with the business, SMTs, design, and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into platform solutions driving industry leading and innovative experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage strategic product roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product Supervise day-to-day product development for core Report & Search capabilities across product delivery, experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results Work closely with partner teams such as Business, Engineering, Design, Data and Customer Service to develop and execute on the product strategy and projects leveraging Agile methodologies Drive value propositions, positioning, segmentation, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as product team. Leverage data to identify the best solutions for the various client segments and drive adoption in a targeted way. Develop plans and execute functional strategies for the country, State, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into strategic decisions Develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions. Gather market and end user feedback for enhancing proposition on an ongoing basis. Lead innovation by working with Engineering and keeping up with the latest digital technologies in the Finance and Technology industry Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations Skills & Competencies: 5+ years of Digital Product Management or relevant experience. Functional experience in digital product development of banking platforms or similar Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Demonstrated analytical and design thinking skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented and agile environment while having fun.

Job Title: Product Manager -Business Loan Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager Business Loan to lead the development, enhancement, and management of our business loan offerings. This role will focus on improving product features, streamlining customer journeys, enabling sales channels, and driving customer acquisition through innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end business loan product journeydesign, enhancement, process reengineering, and ongoing management. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Branch, Sales, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to implement product features, streamline processes, and ensure regulatory adherence. Go-to-Market Strategy: Support sales with collateral, communication plans, and customized programs to drive disbursements and customer engagement. Process Efficiency & Customer Experience: Design and implement scalable, low-TAT journeys for MSME, SEP/SENP, and unsecured loan segments to improve turnaround and satisfaction. Market Research & Benchmarking: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance value propositions. Qualifications Experience: Min 3 years of experience in product Management roles within business loans, SME lending, or secured/unsecured loan products. Education: Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
