In this role you will:Create short term and long term ramp down strategy for Enlighted IOT and execute it.Lead the legal entity ramp down and liquidationManage the customer contract end of life and ensure customer service / support through the ramp down periodManage the Enlighted IOT ramp down in a controlled and optimized costLead our engineering team, developing the capabilities of that team through hiring, mentoring, and hands-on managementWork with your team to define an operational rhythm that balances high output with sustainable development. We care about what we build and how we build it.Guide decisions around the long-term technical direction of architectureBalance near-term priorities with longer-term bets, exercising strong judgment about which problems need a just-enough solution and which require deeper investmentRepresent the Engineering team across the company.
