Must Have: Proven Sales experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem — selling ServiceNow products, services, or implementations.

(Applications without relevant ServiceNow sales experience will not be considered.)


Working Hours: Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours (approx. 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).


Compensation: ₹7,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum + performance-based incentives/commission.


Equity Participation: In addition to performance-based incentives, selected candidates may be considered for equity participation (stock options) based on tenure and contribution.


Job Summary

Work4Flow is seeking an experienced and results-driven ServiceNow Sales Specialist based in India to drive growth across our ServiceNow and AI-powered solutions portfolio. The candidate will play a key role in end-to-end sales, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals, reporting directly to the VP of Sales (U.S.).


This position requires hands-on experience selling ServiceNow/ ServiceNow partner products services, licenses, or implementations and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, modules, and partner landscape. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and capable of collaborating with both sales and marketing teams to generate and convert high-quality leads.


Key Responsibilities & Duties

🔹 Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers within the ServiceNow ecosystem, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct outreach via emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to establish contact with key decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or MEDDIC.
  • Present and deliver tailored sales decks, demos, and business proposals to prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to align technical scope and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with all leads, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.


🔹 Collaboration & Sales Enablement

  • Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Support creation of sales collateral, case studies, and presentations for client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow partner ecosystem for joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute feedback from the field to help refine marketing and sales strategies.


🔹 Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and present weekly sales performance and pipeline reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversions, opportunity progression, and revenue performance.
  • Provide forecasts and insights on pipeline health and growth opportunities.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in ServiceNow sales — selling ServiceNow licenses, implementations, or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ecosystem, modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Now Assist, etc.), and market positioning.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work U.S.-aligned business hours.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Sales or Pre-Sales Certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Sales Fundamentals, Partner Sales Accreditation).
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or IT consulting sales.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth organization.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams.
