Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Lead based in India to drive end-to-end HR operations at Work4Flow. This individual will manage multiple open positions simultaneously, oversee HR interns, and play a key role in professional staffing and employee engagement. The role will also expand to include payroll support and the overall management of HR operations as the company grows. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the HR function in a startup environment, where flexibility, ownership, and problem-solving are essential. Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions across India and the US simultaneously. Oversee and mentor a team of HR interns, ensuring smooth execution of hiring and HR tasks. Partner with leadership to staff professional roles across global teams. Support payroll preparation and processing in collaboration with finance. Develop and maintain HR processes, databases, and compliance records. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and exit processes. Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and policy clarifications. Provide input into HR strategy as the company scales, balancing startup agility with structure. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Familiarity with recruiting for ServiceNow roles (e.g., Developers, Administrators, Consultants, or certified specialists such as CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM) is a strong plus. 2+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in end-to-end recruitment. Proven ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously. Exposure to payroll processing (India) and HR compliance. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment. Experience managing or mentoring junior HR staff or interns. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools and Google Workspace. Strong interest in scaling HR processes in alignment with business growth. Working Hours This is a full-time role based in India. The expected work schedule is 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight IST (Monday to Friday), providing overlap with both Indian and US business hours to support hiring across global teams.

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our Product & Engineering team in India (Remote). The ideal candidate must hold an active Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more areas— HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) . This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, integrations, and module customization. You will play a key role in building enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, contributing to automation and AI-driven initiatives, and collaborating with global teams on client projects. Key Responsibilities & Duties Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB). Build and optimize workflows, automation, and business rules within the ServiceNow platform. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or integration tools. Customize ServicePortal (AngularJS) or Workspace (ReactJS) for enhanced user experiences. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security requirements. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with functional teams, product managers, and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Contribute to agentic AI and automation initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. Active CIS certification in HRSD, CSM, or ITSM (mandatory) . 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, configurations). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, or ReactJS for ServiceNow UI customization. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model and core modules. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integration frameworks. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer). Prior experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations with cross-module integration. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and IT service delivery processes. Experience with agile methodologies and global delivery environments.
