Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Intern (India Remote) to support Work4Flows digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on LinkedIn campaign management, Google Business Profile optimization, and SEO enhancement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Manage and update Google Business Profile for brand consistency and visibility
• Support SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations
• Help track campaign performance using LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team on ad copy, creative briefs, and audience targeting strategies
• Research marketing trends and competitive campaigns to recommend new strategies
• Contribute to marketing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Google Business tools, and SEO fundamentals
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail for ad copy and marketing content
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic analytics
• Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing with a hands-on approach
• Hands-on experience or certifications in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Marketing
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console)
• Prior internship or project experience in B2B marketing or SaaS marketing
• Familiarity with paid ad tracking, A/B testing, and campaign analytics

Compensation:

10,000 ?15,000/month

Working Hours

This internship follows a US-aligned shift. Typical working hours will be 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday) to align with North American sales and marketing activities.
