About the Role

SEO Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Lead, mentor, and support the SEO team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market studies to uncover growth opportunities.
Perform regular SEO audits, monitor website health, and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
Track, analyze, and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve SEO issues including crawl errors, indexing problems, and site performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Hands-on experience with WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, CMS platforms is plus and basic web development.
