About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an on-site SEO team in Indiaset priorities, allocate tasks, and mentor analysts to deliver monthly organic growth targets.
• Define and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, content, and off-page) aligned to client KPIs and company revenue goals.
• Perform and own technical SEO audits, crawl analyses, Core Web Vitals optimisation, schema implementation, and remediation plans.
• Drive content strategy with content, product, and CRO teamstranslate keyword research into briefs, page-level optimisation, and internal linking frameworks.
• Manage link-building and digital PR campaigns focused on high-quality referring domains while tracking risk and link quality metrics.
• Build dashboards and present clear, data-backed performance reports (organic traffic, rankings, conversions, ROI) to internal stakeholders and clients.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results in organic growth for e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise sites.
• Strong technical SEO capabilities: site architecture, crawlability, JS SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and HTTP/HTTPS issues.
• Expert use of SEO tooling: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush / Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and log-file analysis.
• Proven experience leading small teams, setting roadmaps, and managing client or stakeholder relationships in an on-site environment.
• Excellent analytical skills: KPI-driven mindset, comfort with data, basic SQL or spreadsheet modelling for insights and A/B testing inputs.
  

Preferred

• Experience with international / multi-lingual SEO, large-scale migrations, or enterprise CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify Plus, WordPress VIP).
• Familiarity with paid-search coordination, CRO experiments, and integrations between SEO and product roadmaps.
