SEO Team Lead

As a Senior SEO & Organic Digital Marketing Specialist at GALTechs, your role involves leading and executing all organic marketing and SEO initiatives for both in-house projects and a diverse client portfolio in the UAE and Middle East. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO and organic digital marketing strategies, overseeing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, driving content marketing, managing email campaigns, utilizing AI-based tools, and staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and support junior digital marketing team members. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and organic digital marketing strategies for internal and client projects. - Oversee technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including keyword research, audits, optimization, and authority building. - Drive content marketing, blog/web strategy, video marketing, and organic social media engagement. - Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns for organic audience growth and engagement. - Utilize AI-based and automation tools for campaign optimization and performance analysis. - Handle local, technical, and international SEO for internal and client brands. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to improve ROI. - Lead, mentor, and support junior digital marketing team members. - Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, tools, and digital marketing trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and organic digital marketing (agency or in-house). - Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics. - Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Data Studio. - Ability to manage multiple projects and lead or mentor a team effectively. - Hands-on experience in content marketing, social media management, and email marketing. - Strong analytical mindset with effective performance measurement and reporting skills. - Excellent communication and project management abilities.
