Job Description: SEO Team Lead (Female Candidates Preferred)

Softtrix Tech Solutions is looking for a skilled and confident SEO Team Lead to manage and mentor our growing SEO team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO, along with the ability to handle clients and guide team members toward achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support the SEO team to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Manage client communication with at least 1.5 years of client-handling experience.
Monitor project performance and keyword rankings, and deliver monthly reports.
Conduct SEO audits and competitor analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-driven outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page & technical SEO.
Proven experience in team handling and managing multiple projects.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
