ODigMa is seeking an experienced and energetic Graphic Designer with proven skills and experience. This person will be responsible for the strategy, development, execution and analysis of our clients' digital brands. Job Description:- A graphic designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Their designs are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'. A graphic designer works to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or account manager. They develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines Develop creative programs and design concepts:- Creating suitable visual communication for Social Media and other platform Lead brainstorming and creative brief development Create social media and campaign ideas and templates Create color pallets and themes to be used in designs Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals Video Editing Animated creatives Proficiency After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator. Overall Job Purpose:- Be able to visualize and present solutions for social and mobile campaigns Collaborate with account management, creative design, strategy, media & social team Inspire a team of interactive designers, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients Provide Creative Direction to projects with an eye for perfection
