Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Odoo Functional Trainee

to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience to build a strong foundation in ERP consulting. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with the Odoo platform, supporting implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.
Work closely with functional consultants to gather and analyze client requirements.
Support the development team by translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
Conduct testing and assist in troubleshooting to ensure optimal module performance.
Help train end-users on Odoo functionalities and ensure smooth adoption of the system.
Participate in website management and updates within the Odoo platform.
Engage in ongoing learning to deepen your understanding of Odoo features and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems, preferably Odoo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
