Role Overview

SVP of Human Resources

This role demands a blend of global HR leadership, hospitality services insight, strong organizational development skills, deep cultural sensitivity, and operational execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with the Global CEO and C-Suite to define HR strategies that align with Paperchase’s vision, mission and global growth plans.
• Lead the development and implementation of global HR frameworks, policies, practices, and processes that foster consistency but are adaptable across diverse regions.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Build and scale a world-class talent acquisition strategy for experienced professionals across finance, analytics, technology and operational support.
• Drive workforce planning to support expanding offices and service delivery hubs — from the US and UK to Middle East and India.
• Enhance employer branding to attract top hospitality and accounting talent.

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Design leadership development and succession planning programs to build internal capabilities at all levels.
• Implement global learning frameworks that support professional growth, technical skill development, and cross-functional mobility.
• Strengthen performance management with thoughtful goal setting, feedback and reward mechanisms.

Culture, Engagement & DEI

• Champion a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture reflective of Paperchase’s values: Clients First, Accuracy & Relevance, Respect & Integrity, Timeliness, and Innovation.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that enhance workforce representation and engagement worldwide.
• Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to nurture long-term loyalty and growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee global compensation, benefits, incentive programs and recognition frameworks that attract and retain top talent while driving performance.
• Ensure internal equity and alignment with competitive market standards.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Optimize HR operational excellence through leading-edge HRIS platforms, analytics, onboarding/exit processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where Paperchase operates.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-have:

• Proven.track record (typically 12+ years) in senior HR leadership roles within global or multi-location services organizations.
• Strong experience scaling HR functions in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, performance systems, compensation strategy, and change management.
• Excellent understanding of cross-border HR compliance and global employment standards.
• Prior experience in financial services, professional services, or hospitality services is highly desirable.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Experience supporting “remote-first / hybrid” global teams.
• Fluency in HR data analytics and HR technology platforms.
