The SVP of Human Resources will serve as a strategic HR leader responsible for shaping and driving HR initiatives across all the manufacturing sites, R&D locations and offices of the organization both, domestically and internationally. This role will support a dynamic and science-driven workforce by developing talent strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The SVP will be a key partner to the CHRO along with Promoters and contribute to the companys growth, innovation, and operational excellence along with spearheading Human Resource function for approx. 10,000+ employees spread across Manufacturing, R&D, Domestic Sales and Emerging markets, Distribution, Training academy and CSR.

• Masters degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector. • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance around R&D, Manufacturing space.

• Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience
