Job SUMMARY: The incumbent will be responsible for training interventions for the Body contoring business. The incumbent will be responsible for effectively planning and delivering Induction program for new hires which includes preparation of modules and imparting classroom sessions on anatomy/products/selling skills. Also responsible for sustaining the training programs by conducting periodic classroom sessions/role-plays during cycle meetings etc and through joint field work in consultation with the ZMs, thereby constantly benchmarking and improving the key deliverables/productivity of the field personnel. The employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all companys internal requirements and with all applicable regulatory requirements. Organizations internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives Supervisory responsibility: This position is an Individual Contributor role KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: % of Time or Importance- 20% Identifying of training needs and design mechanisms for addressing them Identifying training needs in consultation with NSM/ZM for Coolsculpting Works closely with Country Manager in the design, development, and implementation of sales methodology and product training programs. Come up with training strategy in line with business goals Participates in the development, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of product, clinical, and sales training programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of internal audiences (sales and marketing organization) and of clinical and product education programs for external audiences (HCPs) that support the company's overall sales and marketing objectives. Come up with a training plan to ensure that the sales force are equipped with relevant technical skills and selling skills Coordinate with regional team to ensure that the content is in line with company standards % of Time or Importance- 40% Training Delivery Induction programs as per the business requirement including the design, content preparation etc. Leads, researches, defines, plans, executes, assesses, and enhances specific online/offline training and technology-based initiatives and programs. Role-plays during cycle meetings. Develops and implements written procedures and audits for customer training programs to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines Planned training interventions (Classroom sessions) for new product introductions, cascade training. programs, role-plays during cycle meetings etc. Cascading the regional training modules on selling skills. % of Time or Importance- 25% Sustaining/ Overseeing the implementation of training interventions Field coaching through joint field work in consultation with stake holders. Utilizes recognized instructional design best practices and follows the corporate style guide to create and develop effective learning content that has visual appeal and results in a positive learning experience. Product/ Skill write-ups. Measuring the impact of training through Quiz during cycle meetings etc. Productivity benchmarking and enhancement. Metrics to map the Performance/ Productivity enhancements. % of Time or Importance- 15% Others Lend support to the sales & marketing team in designing the VA/ LBLs etc. Cultural ambassadors for the Organization Provides field support, performs other duties and works on special projects, as required Constantly focus on self learning and development QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS): Education and Experience Ideal candidate would be a Science graduate/ preferably with Diploma in Training 5-8 years of corporate /Regional training with MNC pharma/ Premier Indian Pharma companies Experience with medical device training is preferred Excellent organizational and project/program management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees. A strong professional who is driven to excel in training domain Strong interpersonal skills, team work, analytical ability Excellent communication & presentation skills Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field Ability to use word processing and database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written & oral)
