Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees across various levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Manage the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee performance, making recommendations for future training initiatives.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and LMS administration.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
