Role Overview:

Program Manager

You will not only manage delivery excellence but also build and grow client relationships, identify additional business opportunities, and guide internal teams by clearly articulating customer expectations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand expectations, budgets, timelines, and constraints; communicate these effectively to internal teams.
• Analyze project scope and create accurate size and effort estimates.
• Collaborate proactively with production teams and support functions to maintain seamless workflows.
• Review outputs to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality standards.
• Lead complex problem-solving efforts and drive sustainable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Govern multiple simultaneous projects across diverse accounts.
• Forecast revenue and ensure adherence to compliance and contract terms.
• Drive project KPIs including schedule, quality, budget, client satisfaction, and contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary escalation point, managing project risks, addressing deviations, and presenting contingency plans to clients.
• Mediate between client needs and internal execution teams to avoid conflicts and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 10+ years of experience in the online learning/eLearning industry with a strong customer service orientation
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in project or program management in the learning domain
• Proven ability to lead and provide oversight to large, cross-functional development teams
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI or equivalent Project Management certification
• Experience managing international clients and multi-geography teams
