develops and delivers programs to boost staff skills, service, and guest satisfaction, covering needs analysis, curriculum design (brand standards, operations, safety), delivery (workshops, e-learning), evaluation, budget management, and onboarding, while collaborating across departments and focusing on a "lead by example" culture, requiring strong HR/hospitality knowledge and communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven training/HR role in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field often preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and IT skills.
  • Strong leadership, passion for hospitality, hands-on approach, commitment to guest service.
