They have very strong cash foundations and best in class integrated software solutions with several thousand doctors being onboarded. This company also is backed by one of the global leaders in the Pharma space. The COO would focus on developing and executing growth strategies, aligning different teams, and leveraging AI-driven automation to achieve business objectives. Key areas would include user acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as exploring new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships. Revenue & Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, including acquisition, conversion, and retention tactics. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long term vision and strategy for the organization aligned with the market opportunities and shareholders vision Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic initiatives. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for new products and services, including feature rollouts and monetization strategies. Financial Management: Lead efforts to mitigate cash burn through revenue growth, cost control and capex optimization AI-Driven Automation: Drive the adoption of AI-powered automation in sales and marketing to improve efficiency and scale. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize growth strategies. Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and explore new revenue channels. Customer Acquisition and Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users, engage them effectively, and increase retention. Required Skills and Experience: Experience in scaling AI driven healthcare businesses: Demonstrated success in driving growth in a similar environment. Strong understanding of AI-driven automation: Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in growth and sales. Strong understanding of Indian Healthcare Market & Digital Healthcare Space: This is a must have criteria for this leadership role Ability to drive alignment between teams: Strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure cross-functional alignment. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making: Proficiency in using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
