Job Title: Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Only from Bangalore Notice Period: Less than 30 Days About the Role: We are looking for a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a critical role in driving the recruitment strategy and execution for our growing technology teams. This individual will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, shaping workforce planning and talent pipeline development acrouss a range of technical domains. This is not just a sourcing role — it’s a position for someone passionate about talent strategy, market intelligence, and creating high-impact hiring frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional leaders. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into actionable talent acquisition strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level IT and technical roles across software engineering, Saas, cloud, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships with technical communities. Leverage data and analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes. Collaborate with HR and DEI teams to ensure an inclusive hiring process and diverse talent pipeline. Drive employer branding initiatives targeting IT and engineering talent through digital and community engagement. Lead talent market mapping, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking for tech roles. Act as a subject matter expert on tech hiring trends, talent availability, and best-in-class recruitment practices. Mentor junior TA team members and help refine the interview and selection process for technical roles. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 5–8 years of experience in IT/technical talent acquisition, preferably in both agency and in-house environments. Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes at the leadership level. Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and software development life cycles. Experience working with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, etc.), and HR analytics platforms.
