Business Analyst

Job Description

•Gather requirements through various methods, including interviews, workshops, and document analysis. •Document requirements in user stories, functional specifications (FSD), and business requirement documents (BRD). •Own relationships with project stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document requirements. •Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure requirements are understood and met. •Collaborate with platform and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation and identify issues early. •Assist with release estimates and enforce project deadlines. •Perform customer demos, assist in UAT, and provide support post-implementation. •Drive customer engagement and promote implementation adoption. •Support the consultancy team by assessing client situations and defining solutions. •Facilitate transformation in multiple ServiceNow implementation projects. •Mentor and coach team members in best practices and effective business analysis work. •Provide support to help team members grow in their roles.
