Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who goes beyond filling roles—someone who understands talent as a competitive edge. In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle hiring, shape recruitment strategy, and partner closely with business leaders to bring in high-impact talent across verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Own the full lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing top-tier candidates across tech and non-tech functions.

• Stakeholder Partnership:

  Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring success metrics, and team dynamics.

• Strategic Sourcing:

  Use a mix of sourcing strategies—active outreach, social recruiting, employee referrals, and network mining—to attract top talent.

• Employer Branding:

  Contribute to building a strong employer brand through social campaigns, job postings, and candidate experience initiatives.

• Recruitment Analytics:

  Track pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-backed insights to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.

• Process Improvement:

  Help streamline interview processes, enhance candidate experience, and implement hiring best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8 years of talent acquisition experience with strong exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven track record of closing niche, senior, and hard-to-fill roles
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple roles and timelines
• Strong judgement in assessing cultural and role fit, not just technical match
