● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
● Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
● Utilize job boards, social media, and internal databases to source candidates.
● Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
● Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with IT experience preferred.
● Expertise in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS.
● Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
