Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities? Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a critical role in attracting top talent for our Products and Services teams.

3–6 years of recruitment

Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune (Hybrid)

What You will Do -

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
Effectively sell the role and our company brand to prospective candidates.
Thoroughly screen resumes, evaluating career progression, gaps, and education history.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.
Utilize a mix of sourcing channels, with a strong focus on social media recruitment and employer branding.
Proactively engage employees to generate high-quality referrals.
Manage recruitment data, providing insights through reports and dashboards.

What We are Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A natural connector, able to build rapport quickly and authentically.
Skilled in social media hiring and passionate about employer branding.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyse recruitment data effectively.
