About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves partnering with leadership and hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in senior-level hiring, stakeholder management, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and competencies.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to ensure strong candidate-job fit.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and smooth hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior and leadership hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, ATS tools, and social media sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in headhunting and executive-level recruitment. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in niche and specialized hiring across industries.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align recruitment with organizational strategy.
  • Expertise in competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR technology tools.
