Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for Solino Home and Solino International. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for the textile / manufacturing / D2C / e-commerce domain and be capable of handling bulk as well as niche hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, factory, and creative roles
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan hiring accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendors
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Support onboarding and documentation process
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and timelines

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle
• Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn hiring
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of textile / manufacturing / retail roles is a plus

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Industry Preference: Textile / Manufacturing / Retail / D2C / E-commerce
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
