Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for OSS/BSS roles such as Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and Delivery Leads, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and niche platforms.
• Screen for technical/domain fit and manage the interview and selection process.
• Maintain accurate hiring metrics, reports and candidate pipelines using ATS tools.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in telecom/OSS/BSS hiring.

• Strong understanding of telecom BSS/OSS components such as CRM, Billing, Mediation, Order Management, Inventory, Network Management, etc.

• Proven ability to hire for both technical and functional telecom roles.

• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals and Boolean search. • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with telecom operators or product/service companies in the telecom space.

• Familiarity with global telecom hiring practices and time zones.
