Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time / Work from Office

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
• Exposure to SAP hiring or IT/Consulting domain recruitment is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives, especially in SAP and niche tech roles
• Maintain and update ATS records, recruitment dashboards, and reports
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
