Senior Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    end-to-end recruitment

    for Non-IT roles including Sales (B2C/B2B), Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and Leadership roles
  • Manage

    bulk/volume hiring

    as well as

    niche and senior-level positions

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and timelines
  • Design and execute

    sourcing strategies

    using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and alternate channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
  • Drive

    offer management

    , salary negotiations, and closure within defined TATs
  • Ensure a smooth

    candidate experience

    from first contact to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and MIS reports
  • Mentor junior recruiters and guide them on sourcing, screening, and closures
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus/drive hiring when required

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in

    Non-IT hiring

    (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Finance, HR, Support)
  • Hands-on exposure to

    bulk and target-driven hiring

  • Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities
  • Good understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarks
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in

    EdTech / Startup / High-growth organizations

    preferred
