Hi, We are hiring a SAP HCM Consultant. Exp-7+ years Support projects experience in SAP HCM as functional consultant 1. Gather and study business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP OM, PA, Time Management . 2. Support and assistance for client/payroll specialist team, handling payroll schemas and errors. 3. Lead, design, develop and implement integration with software applications and maintains software applications. 4. Liaise directly with business areas to diagnose problems with existing SAP HCM programs or initiate designs of new SAP applications independently, conferring with user groups to define business needs and potential solutions based on information technology. 5. Ensure customer acceptance by soliciting involvement on design, functionality, and testing. 6. Prepare data models, functional flow diagrams, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodology. 7. ECC Customization, custom development, third party integration. 7. Work along with ABAP team to develop and test SAP HCM based custom builds. 8. Experience in developing / using LSMW and other data conversion tools. 9. Knowledge of SAP query reporting tool to extract and analysis system data. Please note: The skills in bold are the prerequisites.
