About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across a range of IT roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent (including passive candidates). Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Build strong relationships with candidates to foster long-term connections for future hiring needs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent landscapes. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and present candidate reports and hiring metrics to leadership. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role. Familiarity with a wide variety of IT roles (developers, engineers, system admins, cloud specialists, cybersecurity experts, etc.). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize work effectively. Proficiency in using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.). High energy, persistence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Sap Hcm Functional Consultant ahmedabad 3 - 8 years INR 4.0 - 9.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Analyze and gather business requirements related to HR processes and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and support core SAP HCM modules including: Organizational Management (OM) Personnel Administration (PA) Time Management (TM) Payroll (support/config knowledge depending on country) Benefits and Personnel Development Handle end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement projects. Work closely with HR teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities within SAP. Ensure SAP HCM system configuration complies with statutory and compliance requirement
