Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP HCM solutions.
Configure and implement SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits.
Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize, streamline, and enhance existing processes and systems.
Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP HCM modules.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and data consistency.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Lead or support testing, training, and change management initiatives.
Stay current with SAP HCM innovations and industry best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.
