Role: Telesales Team Leader (Kaya Health Care Ayurveda) Location Uttam Nagar / South West Delhi (on-site) Required Female Candidate Only Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a telesales team, including setting meaningful sales targets and tracking performance Drive outbound dialing efforts to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales, ensuring your team meets or exceeds revenue targets Conduct daily and weekly team meetings, target-setting sessions, and performance reviews to keep the team motivated and aligned Support your team members during closing calls, provide coaching on objection handling and persuasive communication, and assist in closing complex cases Maintain and update sales dashboards, MIS reports, and CRM records using Excel and other relevant tools Monitor individual and team metrics, analyze performance trends, and take actionable steps for process improvement and enhanced customer engagement Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing telesales interactions and ensuring quality communication Qualifications & Skills Experience : Minimum 4–5 years in telesales, sales, or inside sales (as an agent or manager).
