Telesales Team Leader (Female)

Role: Telesales Team Leader (Kaya Health Care Ayurveda)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a telesales team, including setting meaningful sales targets and tracking performance
• Drive outbound dialing efforts to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales, ensuring your team meets or exceeds revenue targets
• Conduct daily and weekly team meetings, target-setting sessions, and performance reviews to keep the team motivated and aligned Support your team members during closing calls, provide coaching on objection handling and persuasive communication, and assist in closing complex cases
• Maintain and update sales dashboards, MIS reports, and CRM records using Excel and other relevant tools
• Monitor individual and team metrics, analyze performance trends, and take actionable steps for process improvement and enhanced customer engagement
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing telesales interactions and ensuring quality communication

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum 4–5 years in telesales, sales, or inside sales (as an agent or manager).
• Minimum 2–3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role

• Required Skills:
• Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills; bilingual in Hindi and English is often expected
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and advanced usage of MS Excel for report generation and performance tracking
• Analytical mindset and excellent organizational abilities
• Demonstrated coaching, motivating, and mentoring capabilities, with a track record of team performance improvement

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Other Preferences:
• Pleasant personality, ability to operate under targets, flexibility to work fixed day shifts (usually 10 am – 6:30 pm, Monday–Saturday)
• Specify female candidates, aged between 28–40 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range:
• ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (approx.) may escalate up to ₹45,000–₹50,000/month depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
