Position Overview:

What You'll Be Doing;

Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.

Build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates using creative sourcing channels.

Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.

Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.

Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.

Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

What We Look for In You;

7-10 yrs years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.

BE/B.Tech or Graduate in Any steam

Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and more.

Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.

Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadlines

Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized, to respond to the variety and volume of responsibility

Communicative, to engage and provide an advisory cover to senior stakeholders, managers and employees.

Comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge innovation and ideas

Highly proficient at analyzing people-related data sets (such as the talent pipeline) to draw out answers/themes and an advanced user of MS Excel

Creative and willing to try new ideas

Knowledgeable about Talent acquisition/HR practices;

Service-oriented, with proven project management and organizational skills

Possessing advanced Excel skills (including expert knowledge in using macros etc.)

Strong in analytical skills, with the ability to review and present analytics to influence decisions
