Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Functional Areas / Responsibilities

• This role involves individual contribution & team management by contributing to & managing other recruiters.
• Someone who can work independently & lead from the front by example as a

  Subject Matter Expert

  .
• Social media sourcing skills. Knowledge of

  IT Infra / Technology domain

  is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Prior experience in hiring

  senior management / executive-level professionals

  .
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques & evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Proactively plan hiring requirements for each quarter.
• Understanding (create if required) job descriptions for positions.
• Sourcing, screening & shortlisting profiles through various sources like references, social networking sites, databases & job portals.
• Evaluate usage of

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

  . Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and recommend solutions.
• Actively involved in

  POFU (Post Offer Follow Ups)

  .
• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports & databases for further assistance.
• Spearhead the company’s

  branding initiatives

  .
• Be helpful in your approach and form a professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Keep analysing & improving the

  candidate experience

  , leading to a higher offer-to-onboarding ratio.

Great interpersonal & communication skills. An organized, result-oriented individual with an eye for detail & a good understanding of technical requirements for different roles.

Salary

in the range of 15 to 25+ Lacs/annum
