About The Role

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
• Successfully close mid-to-senior level roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a structured and positive candidate experience.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to overall team development.
• Provide insights on market trends, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of closing roles independently.
• Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior level positions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to TA strategy, process improvement, and team mentorship.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
