Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Technical Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript development, integrations, and customization. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement, enhance, and support NetSuite solutions tailored to organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement NetSuite ERP customizations using SuiteScript (SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, 2.1). Lead NetSuite integrations with third-party applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, Web Services, and APIs. Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and saved searches to optimize business processes. Work with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Perform data migration, data mapping, and NetSuite configurations as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, enhancements, and debugging. Ensure best practices are followed for development, security, and compliance. Support NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance. Document technical specifications, test plans, and provide end-user training when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP development and customization . Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1) and JavaScript programming. Strong experience with NetSuite integration tools (SuiteTalk, RESTlets, Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs). Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBundler . Experience in designing and implementing NetSuite workflows, dashboards, and reports . Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON , and data transformation techniques. Experience in NetSuite OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Multi-Subsidiary configurations is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant) are preferred. Education & Certifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. NetSuite certifications preferred. Preferred candidate profile

Position: Sr.HR Generalist Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 6+ Years About the Role: We are looking for experienced HR Generalist to add success through HR excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about fostering a positive work environment, and committed to both employee growth and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws (India) and company policies. Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll, leave, and employee benefits administration. Policy Development: Create and update HR policies aligned with growth and regulations. Recruitment: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding. Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to foster a positive work environment, including surveys and team building. Desired Profile: Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR policies, labor laws, best practices, HRMS, payroll systems, talent management, Skills: Excellent communication (written/oral), organization, multitasking, conflict resolution, problem-solving, decision-making, relationship-building, and IT proficiency. Experience: 5+ years in HR Generalist roles; non-profit experience is a plus. Proven team management and HR project leadership.
