You are seeking an enterprising individual with zeal and passion to lead talent acquisition and training for the recruiting team at / SAADAA. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with managers to understand hiring needs, manage the full recruitment life cycle for various roles, maintain relationships with qualified candidates, utilize multiple recruiting sources, and provide guidance to junior-level staff. The ideal candidate should possess four or more years of recruitment or human resources experience, exceptional communication and decision-making skills, advanced knowledge of productivity software and database management, familiarity with job boards and HR-specific computer systems, and a track record of successful interviewing techniques.
