Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end hiring cycle

  from role intake to offer closure for niche, senior, and volume-based tech mandates.

• Work directly with Stake Holders

  and business leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable hiring plans.

• Source beyond job boards

  — proactively build talent pipelines using headhunting, referrals, events, and network mapping.

• Push the envelope on passive talent

  — know how to pitch, convert, and close high-value candidates.

• Drive hiring velocity

  — streamline turnaround time and bring down interview-to-join ratios.

• Ensure high-quality candidate experience

  — every touchpoint reflects the Bourntec brand.

• Provide hiring intelligence

  — market insights, competitor activity, salary benchmarks, etc.

• Mentor junior recruiters

  or vendor teams when required, especially during high-demand periods.

Experience & Technical Skills: -

• 7–8 years of

  strong corporate hiring experience

  ; preferably in IT/Tech/Consulting environments.
• Proven track record in

  headhunting, stakeholder management, and closing complex roles

  .
• Experience hiring across

  product engineering, cloud, data, ERP, and digital domains

  is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where

  priorities shift and agility is key

  .
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of

  ATS platforms, Boolean search, and hiring analytics

  .
