Job Summary:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruitment & Team Leadership:

• Mentor, support, and guide the Talent Acquisition

  team to achieve monthly/quarterly joining

  targets.

• Drive hiring efforts as per the approved Manpower Plan, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

• Personally handle hiring for senior/critical roles through headhunting, networking, and strategic sourcing.

• Build effective sourcing strategies through portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.

• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

• Work extensively on the ATS (

  Zoho Recruit

  ) for tracking, managing, and reporting hiring activities.

• Ensure smooth

  candidate experience

  through timely communication and feedback.

• Track, monitor, and report

  hiring metrics

  including offers, acceptances, and joining ratios.

• Implement best practices to

  improve team productivity

  and hiring quality.

• Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

• Build and maintain a

  strong talent pipeline

  for future requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–8 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2+ years in a team handling
• Proven track record in closing mid to senior-level roles.
• Strong team mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
