Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements and ensure

  timely closure

  of positions.
• Source candidates through

  multiple channels

  job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and networking.
• Conduct

  preliminary HR screening

  to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule

  interviews/assessment rounds

  .
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
  
• Support

  campus recruitment drives

  and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards to track hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, etc.).
  
• Build and maintain a strong

  talent pipeline

  for critical and recurring roles.
• Ensure adherence to

  HR policies, compliance, and hiring guidelines

• Support the HR team in workforce planning and contribute to broader HR initiatives when required.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage stakeholders and hiring managers effectively.
  
• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and HRMS/ATS systems.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and improve processes.
