HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (Full-Time, On-Site) Location: Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra Experience: 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment About the Company A reputed training and development organization with over a decade of experience in building skilled professionals across technology and business domains. We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us attract top talent for our growing team. Responsibilities Handle the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions. Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus drives). Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules. Maintain candidate data and status in the ATS system. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns. Ensure hiring processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations. Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Negotiation and persuasion abilities. Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT).
