Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GoodScore, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for both tech and non-tech roles. Your role will involve building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities: - Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various job boards and professional networks to identify and engage with suitable candidates. - Pipeline Building: Proactively reach out to potential candidates to maintain a strong talent pool for current and future roles. - Cross-Function Hiring: Manage recruitment for both tech and non-tech positions within the organization. - Initial Screening: Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their experience, skills, and cultural fit. - Interview Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and facilitate interviews efficiently. - Status Updates: Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of hiring processes and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Candidate Experience: Ensure that every candidate has a positive, respectful, and timely recruitment experience. - Communication: Provide prompt responses and constructive feedback to candidates at all stages of the hiring process. - Tracking & Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records using tools like Google Sheets. - Offer Management: Assist in reviewing documents and negotiating offers as required. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and candidate-friendliness of the recruitment process. - Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to close positions within specified timelines. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in hiring within a B2C startup environment, with a preference for fast-paced settings. - 2-5 years of overall recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in tech hiring. - Proficient understanding of the end-to-end hiring cycle. - Strong communication and coordination abilities. - Comfort working with job portals, recruitment tools, and spreadsheets. - Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of taking ownership and excelling in a high-growth atmosphere.,
