Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the non-mass recruitment position assigned and adhere to quality and process guidelines
  • Ensure the business recruitment strategies are followed and schedule regular meetings to monitor changes
  • Maintaining and sharing MIS and dashboards for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires for individual assigned units.
  • Ensure all hiring are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
  • Manage relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that new joiners are provided all information on HR processes in advance
  • Responsible for managing ATS and updating details related to MPR in the tool.

Desired Skills :


  • 3 - 5 years of HR experience in talent Acquisition role specializing in hiring and HR operations
  • Hiring for critical roles in IT and Non-IT functions.
  • Must have led recruitment efforts with diversified approaches and strategies.
  • Ability to negotiate and explain positive aspects of the role
