Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of the MERN stack and its components.
• Knowledge of database systems, particularly MongoDB, and experience with data modeling.
• JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React.
• Should have experience with writing unit test cases using frameworks such mocha & chai.
• Build performant and SEO-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Design and develop backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval
• Collaborate across design, backend, and project management teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in agile ceremonies, reviews, and deployments
• Hands on experience in rendering NextJS apps using SSR and SSG.
• Expertise in Server Actions, API routes.
• Understanding of core web vitals.

Desired Skills:

• Docker, Redux, Redis, MeteorJS, RxJs, GraphQL, AWS/GCP/Azure development.
