As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving direct B2B sales for the software products offered by the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs. This involves actively seeking new business through methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms. - Engaging with potential clients, delivering product demos, and pitching solutions that cater to their specific business requirements. - Focusing on ground-level sales activities, visiting clients, and building strong relationships to facilitate conversions. - Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating deals, and handling objections professionally to close sales successfully. - Maintaining regular sales reports, analyzing performance data, and staying updated on market trends to drive sales strategies effectively. - Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand market reach and explore new sales channels. - Managing customer relationships by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. - Collaborating closely with team members to refine sales strategies, streamline processes, and achieve collective sales goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 to 4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in B2B and software sales. - Proficiency in conducting on-site meetings, client visits, and product demonstrations. - Demonstrated expertise in ground-level sales, client engagement, and deal closure. - Proven ability to effectively pitch technical products and tailor solutions to meet client needs. - Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems would be advantageous.
