Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager , based in Kochi . The Senior Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales operations, develop and implement high-impact sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and builders to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals and deliver exceptional service to clients and builder partners. Qualifications Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience in RealTheory builder sales Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Demonstrated skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Analysis In-depth knowledge of Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and CRM tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using sales and analytics tools to monitor, report, and improve performance Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced real estate environment Prior experience in the real estate sector is mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field ; MBA is an added advantage
