Position Overview:

The Senior MIS Executive / MIS Manager will oversee the company’s management information systems, data reporting mechanisms, and analytical dashboards. This role plays a critical part in supporting business decision-making by generating accurate, timely, and insightful reports across sales, operations, finance, procurement, inventory, and project management.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in MIS reporting, business analytics, data management, and cross-department coordination, preferably within a luxury or design-oriented organization. Strong technical capabilities and analytical skills are essential for excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities1. MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments, including sales, operations, inventory, design, HR, and finance.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats for real-time business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating and reconciling information from different sources.

2. Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Study trends, KPI movements, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify gaps, highlight deviations, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct cost analysis, sales performance review, and financial comparison reports where required.
• Assist in forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes by supplying relevant data sets.

3. Digital Tools, Automation & Process Improvements

• Develop automated reporting systems to reduce manual workload and enhance efficiency.
• Build dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Standardize MIS templates, processes, and data formats across the organization.
• Work with IT/operations to improve data flow, accessibility, and reliability.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with sales teams for sales performance metrics and pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with inventory and procurement for stock movement reports and item tracking.
• Work closely with finance for revenue, expense, and financial MIS consolidation.
• Ensure timely data submission from all departments with accuracy and completeness.

5. Compliance, Documentation & Confidentiality

• Maintain database integrity, documentation practices, and strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multi-source data and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills for inter-department collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Commerce, or related fields.
• Certifications in analytics or MIS will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions & Expectations:

• Full-time role requiring quick turnaround of data and reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple reporting deadlines.
• Expected to maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
