Senior Marketing Specialist As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Product Marketing, Campaign Managers, Event Marketing, and Sales teams. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize the marketing technology stack — primarily Marketo and Salesforce. Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales tools for accurate lead tracking and data synchronization. Set up, manage, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, lead scoring models, audience segmentation, and automated workflows. Support demand generation initiatives by ensuring accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement. Implement UTM parameters, lead source tracking, and multi-touch attribution models. Build dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, lead quality, funnel metrics, and marketing attribution. Support and enable the outbound calling team with optimized cadences using tools like Gong and Salesloft. Provide training and enablement for marketing team members on marketing automation, CRM workflows, and leveraging data insights. Document and optimize marketing operations processes and best practices. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment. Hands-on experience with Marketo is mandatory, and Marketo Certification will be a plus. Strong understanding of the Campaign and Lead modules of Salesforce. Experience with tools like Salesloft, Gong, BrightTalk, and marketing analytics platforms, along with HTML/CSS, is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
